The ABV is still TBD, but we do know that Shadows of Old, a Dark Farmhouse Ale aged in some very fine bourbon barrels, will release on 2/13. This eagerly awaited brew is a collab with Dan Middendorf of Curtis Liquors. Spicy, with background notes of chocolate and hints of caramel + toffee (thank you bourbon barrels!) Can't wait.
Our friends at Sons of Liberty Beer & Spirits Co. provided some wheated whiskey barrels. We brewed a not-so-teeny-tiny Belgian Tripel which spent about a month aging in those beautiful barrels. Lots to love here.
Jerry Thornton is coming back to celebrate the release of his collaboration beer and book, Five Rings, which explores the Super Bowl history of the Patriots. BIG night is planned! New beer release.
