Come join us for a wonderful night of food and beer. BHZ's own Dan O'Donnell, will be dusting off his chef's coat for a delicious five-course meal paired with some our most limited beers.

The full-service dinner will be hosted on our brewery floor. Seating will begin at 6:30pm and the dinner will end by 9pm. Tickets are required. Each ticket includes seating, five courses, and beer pairings as listing in the menu below.

Welcome Course
Southwest-style Beer Cheese Spread with crackers and baguette
Beer: Fitzy's Wicked Pilznah || Dry-Hopped Pilsner

First Course
Poached Pear Salad: Port-poached bosc pears, baby spinach, candied pecans, crumbled blue cheese, pickled onions, sherry vinaigrette
Beer: 12Z's || Hoppy American Wheat, Chardonnay Barrel Aged

Second Course
Crab Roll: Lump crab, lemon-tarragon aioli, fresh chive, brioche roll
Beer: Belgian Milkshake IPA

Main Course
Short Ribs: Beer-braised short ribs, root vegetable mash, pan gravy
Beer: Smoked Irish Red, Whiskey Barrel Fermented

Dessert Course
Double Chocolate Bread Pudding: White and dark chocolate, Nutty Irishman Crème Anglaise
Beer: Tread Lightly || Barleywine, Bourbon Barrel Aged

Valentine's Eve: Cupcakes & Beer

YES! Cupcake & beer pairing with Sadie Mae's of Hingham!

February 13 is also the day we're releasing Shadows of Old, a dark Farmhouse Ale aged in some very fine bourbon barrels. Spicy, with background notes of chocolate and hints of caramel + toffee (thank you bourbon barrels!), this beer is pairs well with all cupcakes!
